SIDDHARTHA ANEJAPolicy Analyst, Economic Security & Opportunity Initiative
Siddhartha is a Policy Analyst at the Economic Security & Opportunity Initiative at the Georgetown Center on Poverty & Inequality. He provides research, writing, and data analysis for several projects including those focused on racial and gender equity in the labor force and improving human services programs for low-income children.
Previously, Siddhartha was a research director at Sonecon, a boutique policy consulting firm, where he provided economic analyses for a range of different clients including a privately held global industrial company, a political strategy nonprofit, and a coalition of think-tanks and advocacy organizations. Prior to joining Sonecon, he worked as a research associate at the Institute for Education and Social Policy at New York University (NYU), where he conducted research on childhood health and educational outcomes. Siddhartha also served as an Americorps volunteer for City Year Little Rock.
Siddhartha is currently studying law at the Georgetown University Law Center. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics-Economics from Wesleyan University and an M.P.A. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University.
