Operations & Finance Specialist

Jocelyne Quintero is the Operations and Finance Specialist at the Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality. She helps manage the Initiative’s daily operations and finances and strengthens the systems and processes that make our research, policy, and partnership work possible.

Previously, Jocelyne worked as an Operations Coordinator at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, where she coordinated school-wide operations and provided administrative support. She also worked at various law firms as a legal assistant and paralegal. She directed collections and accounting, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of all assigned accounts. She also assisted with drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing motions for cases pertaining to criminal, civil and immigration procedures in state and federal courts.

Jocelyne earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes, new restaurants, baking, listening to live music, weight lifting and hiking.
