Sierra Wilson is a Justice Fellow at the Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality. She conducts legal and policy research on issues related to employment, caregiving, and income supports.

In her previous role as a Research Assistant for GCPI, Sierra worked on projects connected to unemployment insurance, food assistance, federally-funded health care programs, and market power.

She has earned a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Gender, Development, and Globalisation from the London School of Economics, a B.A. in Political Science, and a B.A. in Gender Studies from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.

Sierra is a firm believer in dancing badly, reading slowly, and walking instead of driving.
