BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Advancing research and innovative ideas across sectors offer the promise of coordinating existing resources differently to better address the behavioral health of low-income individuals and communities.

New Partnership on Behavioral Health with Kaiser Permanente

GCPI and MHA are exploring system-wide untapped potential to address behavioral health challenges for the lowest income families and individuals. Through this project, we are identifying creative ways to engage and coordinate existing community assets to transform the delivery of whole-person behavioral health supports. The project will bring together a diverse group of health and non-health experts, fostering cross-sector collaboration to identify and advance crosscutting policy and programmatic ideas, with a focus on place-based and person-centered approaches.
