We are now accepting applications for a full-time Policy Assistant position. The Policy Assistant will provide research assistance, support meetings and projects, and develop content for our communications work. This year, the Policy Assistant will likely have an opportunity to work on research related to post-secondary education, the decennial census, youth employment, behavioral health, and subsidized employment policies. This is a full-time position with full benefits. A Bachelor’s degree, qualitative and quantitative research skills, and commitment to ESOI values are required.

2018 Fall Intern/Fellow

We are now accepting applications for full-time, paid intern positions. ESOI interns make meaningful contributions to our work, taking on substantive research projects, drafting fact sheets, blog posts, and op-eds, and playing an active role in our social media and other communications work. This fall, interns will likely have an opportunity to work on research related to post-secondary education, the decennial census, youth employment, behavioral health, and subsidized employment policies. This is a full-time position for a minimum of 12 weeks and a maximum of 6 months and the pay is nearly $17 per hour. A Bachelor’s degree, qualitative and quantitative research skills, and commitment to ESOI values are required.
